SHIPPING

While I do my best to ensure a quick turnaround of all products, there may be unforeseen delays in the design & printing process from time to time. If this occurs, I will be in contact.

For local orders, customer pick up is available at checkout.

All orders are packaged & sent with the greatest care. We have no control over the handling of packages while in transit and hold no responsibility for damaged, lost or delayed parcels. It is the responsibility of the customer to track delivery of items.

RATES:

Standard postage within Australia is a flat rate of $9.50.
Express postage within Australia is a flat rate of $12.50.

Free Pick up is also available from Langwarrin VIC. 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping cost to the following countries will automatically calculate at checkout based on product weight (up to a maximum of 3kg):

NEW ZEALAND
CHINA
UNITED STATES
UNITED KINGDOM

Please note this is for standard shipping only.

RETURNS

All orders are made to order & therefore no refunds or exchanges are available.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, however if you believe you have received a faulty of incorrect item, please get in contact: tammy@hausofsketch.design
